I was in the office today in Cameron Village and found this goodie in my mailbox. It was from a fellow Realtor regarding one of the three closed deals earlier this month... I had to call and say thank you!

"Find a Penny, pick it up and all day long you'll have good luck!" Well guess what? I found my lucky penny the day my son introduced me to Carl. I was looking for a condo in N.C., (I'm from Louisiana.) and Carl Penny made purchasing it so simple; explaining every step and answering every question along the way.
